Senior Release Coordinator (Bank Software)

Our team is looking for a Senior Release Coordinator who can help keep our release processes organized, efficient, and running smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take the lead on ensuring timely release notifications, maintaining the release calendar, capturing meeting notes, and partnering closely with our Outlink scheduling team to keep every step of the cycle on track. During active release periods, you’ll step into a project‑management‑like role—managing cases, coordinating with the bank, and keeping all moving parts aligned. You’ll work heavily in Excel (formulas, calendars, and pivot tables), help support Release Calendar builds, provide Release PM services assistance, maintain Outlink scheduling, and take on a variety of other tasks that keep our operations moving. A basic understanding of the iSeries environment and how to sign in is also important for day‑to‑day success.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $65,900-$85,000. This posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range and is subject to change in the future. Individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, work schedule, travel requirements, sales or revenue targets, and overall business needs and affordability.
