A significant avenue for associate connection and growth is through our Business Innovation Groups (BIGs), which are company-sponsored and associate-led groups that create a platform for associates to work collaboratively to address business needs. BIGs foster a sense of belonging among members and provide avenues to address relevant topics that associates are invested in. We currently have six BIGs:

jhAVID is focused on disability advocacy, awareness, and inclusion. We advocate for awareness of visible and invisible disabilities while empowering Associates’ success through education and partnership.
Mosaic
Mosaic's mission is to cultivate a diverse corporate environment, where all input is valued, the power of differences is embraced, and diverse ideas drive market growth through innovation.
PRISM
PRISM exists to create an equitable space that promotes a culture of inclusion and innovation for LGBTQIA+ associates and their allies through dynamic programming and educational outreach.
Veterans
The Veterans BIG's vision is to foster the relationship between Veteran and Civilian associates to drive innovative thought, leadership and business strategies in support of the Veteran community within Jack Henry.
