The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect: Salesforce is the strategic design authority across the platform and as the enterprise representative. This role ensures that multi-cloud, multi-org, and multi-integration implementations are architected for scale, compliance, and longevity. The Architect leads end-to-end program architecture, enterprise alignment, risk governance, technical leadership, and cross-team orchestration for transformational Salesforce initiatives.
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Program-Level Architecture Leadership
- Define and own the architectural blueprint for Salesforce programs spanning multiple initiatives
- Set solution guardrails, standards, and patterns across project tracks
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture decisions, ensuring consistency across systems
- Provide oversight for technical designs—Flows, Apex, APIs, Integrations, Experience Cloud, Data Models
- Author and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), RACI, and governance playbooks
- Cross-Org & Multi-Cloud Strategy
- Architect across Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, MuleSoft, and integrated ERP/QMS systems
- Align Salesforce with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Data Governance frameworks
- Lead solutioning for identity, authorization, sharing, and zero-trust patterns
- Integration & Data Architecture
- Define high-complexity integration patterns (event-driven, async, middleware, orchestration, streaming)
- Responsible for data strategy: canonical models, deduplication, MDM alignment, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR)
- Oversee migration of large datasets
- Program Governance & Delivery
- Provide architectural approvals during PI planning, estimations, and release cycles
- Partner with (C)PMO, Program Managers, and Release/DevOps teams to ensure alignment to timelines & scope
- Establish non-functional requirements (NFRs) for performance, availability, scalability, and extensibility
- Identify architectural risks early and drive mitigation plans
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead technical architects, solution architects, senior admins, and developers
- Provide coaching on architectural best practices, integration frameworks, and secure coding / Flow design
- Drive continuous improvement across DevOps, CI/CD, testing standards, and deployment pipelines
- Executive & Stakeholder Communication
- Present architecture direction, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
- Translate architectural decisions into business outcomes and program impacts
- Drive consensus across business units and technology teams
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years Salesforce ecosystem experience with deep multi-cloud expertise
- Demonstrated experience architecting large-scale (10,000+ users), mission-critical programs
- Strong command of security models, zero trust patterns, OAuth/OIDC, API gateways
- Deep integration experience with MuleSoft, Kafka/event busses, Chronicle SIEM Integrations, External (non-Salesforce) IdP Integrations, ERP systems (Oracle), CLM, CPQ
- Experience leading multi-org consolidation, modernization, and digital transformation
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority
- Skilled in managing conflict, navigating ambiguity, and driving alignment in complex ecosystems
What would be nice for you to have:

- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect
- Certified Technical Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or Business.
- Current SAFe Certification.
