The Sales Technology System Administrator (Mid-level) works independently under general supervision to implement, support, and maintain automated sales technology solutions. The role configures complex components and integrations, monitors performance and security, and ensures reliable platform operations aligned with business objectives. The position also manages change processes, documentation, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize user experience and outcomes.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Administers a comprehensive sales technology stack to drive operational efficiency and support the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Optimizes the sales technology ecosystem through continuous platform evolution, designing automated workflows, and maintaining high-fidelity dashboards to track organizational performance.
  • Configures and maintains complex system components, integrations, user roles, and security controls.
  • Implements updates and enhancements and manages change control, testing, and release activities.
  • Monitors platform performance, availability, and data integrity and resolves incidents through root-cause analysis.
  • Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and data processes to support decision-making.
  • Performs data management tasks, including data imports, quality audits, and remediation.
  • Documents configurations, standards, and procedures and maintains user and technical documentation.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Coordinates with IT and vendors to ensure reliable integrations and timely issue resolution.
  • Trains and supports users and peers on system functionality, workflows, and best practices.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of four years of sales enablement technology experience.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Seismic or HighSpot experience.  
  • Zoho experience or other forms building technology.
  • Demonstrated skills in SQL, cloud applications, database management, and data governance, with a focus on data quality, security principles, and role-based access controls.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions, leveraging knowledge of systems analysis, declarative development, and solution design.
  • Familiarity with commission systems and experience in change management, release management, incident/problem management, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable system performance.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage competing demands, and respond effectively to urgent business needs.
  • Effective communicator with strong documentation skills, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders while continuously learning and improving.
