Our implementation and support teams use their expertise to convert critical data for our financial clients, with a significant portion of work involving either remote or on-site technical assistance. It is critical that our implementation and support associates can successfully and swiftly address issues within service level agreements and have proactive involvement in project timelines will directly contribute to our team's efficiency and our clients' satisfaction. This role oversees end‑to‑end customer implementations, ensuring clients are fully prepared, project milestones are met, and installations are completed successfully. It requires coordinating timelines, conducting readiness reviews, monitoring progress, and escalating issues when needed. After implementation, the role provides troubleshooting support and contributes to continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring financial‑institution experience, strong communication skills, the ability to lead implementation efforts, and a solid understanding of banking operations, industry practices, and related products.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Prepares customer for implementation.  Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.
  • Establishes guidelines/timeframes to ensure a successful installation.  Ensures milestones are met.  Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.  May interact with project manager.
  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.
  • Troubleshoots issues once implementation is complete.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial institution.

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Experience within a bank or credit union in operations or implementations. 
  • Developing professional expertise.  Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects.  Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
  • Able to act as a team lead and oversee a successful implementation.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • General knowledge of the financial industry.
  • General knowledge of JHA products.
  • General communication and customer interaction skills.
  • May require the ability to identify and resolve error messages.
