Join Jack Henry as a Senior Executive Business Partner and play a key role in enabling the success of our Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In this role you’ll serve as a trusted partner, anticipate priorities, and help keep strategic initiatives moving forward across a dynamic technology organization. You’ll also collaborate with an experienced group of Executive Business Partners who share ideas, solve challenges, and support leaders across the company. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategically manages and prioritizes multiple executive calendars with precision, ensuring seamless scheduling and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders, including the Leadership Support Team (LST).
- Interprets and communicates the Executive’s intent on their behalf, facilitating decision-making and enabling the Executive to focus on broader organizational priorities.
- Maintains the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Independently coordinates, schedules, and manages travel, meetings, seminar series, speaking engagements, and conferences. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize executive availability. Oversees Executive/Senior Leader meeting attendance, take meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
- Acts as a positive representative for executive and department staff.
- Acts as a professional representative and liaison for the Executive, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while effectively disseminating corporate information.
- Independently drafts, reviews, and edits communications and departmental documents, ensuring accuracy in grammar, style, and formatting.
- Drafts, reviews, and edits internal communications and departmental documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
- Fosters a positive and professional work environment throughout the company.
- Proactively anticipates needs, takes initiative in fulfilling responsibilities, and contributes to achieving departmental objectives.
- Independently manages budgeting and contracting processes within the scope of role assignments, ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficiency.
- Identifies and analyzes challenges, determine appropriate solutions, and compile reports to support executive decision-making.
- Cultivates and strengthen relationships across the Business Support Network (BSN), providing mentorship and professional guidance.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Must have previous executive administrative assistant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and decision-making skills.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Proficiency with AI tools.
- Polished, service-oriented presence with sound ethics, discretion, and integrity.
- Ability to independently prioritize diverse responsibilities, streamline workflows, and address roadblocks.
- Advanced proficiency with the Google Suite as well as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, or equivalent tools; quick adoption of new technology.
- Understanding of company mission, policies, procedures, and business impact.
- Knowledge of critical business objectives and process improvements that support operational excellence.
- Ability to foster collaboration, proactive communication, accountability, and strong relationships.
- Ability to independently interpret policies and resolve complex, non-routine issues with sound judgment.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects with strong execution, service, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to lead complex projects, anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and maintain attention to detail.
