We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Digital Solutions line of business. This is the group developing the most cutting-edge products as Jack Henry continues to push the envelope of what is possible in the financial technology world. The Financial Analyst will join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supporting this group with financial analysis, performing tasks such as revenue and expense analysis, compiling reports, journal entries, and ad-hoc data analysis. Learning the intricacies of this business unit and how we support them will take time and careful attention to detail, and an individual who is passionate and able to learn and prioritize quickly will emerge as an incredibly strong and well-rounded analyst. This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Salary range for this position is $50-80k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.


What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Support the reporting and review of monthly financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including the analysis of variances to forecast and budget.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly revenue and expense forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Assist in evaluating and analyzing capital expenditure and depreciation for Digital Solution projects.
  • Lead various monthly report creation and delivery to business partners.
  • Ad hoc analysis as requested by Finance and Corporate leadership.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. 
  • A minimum 5 years of Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Finance Operations experience.
  • Experience with Excel including vLookups and Pivot Tables.
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to attend internal business meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

  • Experience in the financial and/or fintech industry.
  • Experience with OneStream.
