Our Corporate Travel Team is expanding and looking to add a Business Aircraft Travel Counselor IV to support our growing and dynamic operation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex travel challenges, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. As a key partner in coordinating business aircraft travel, you’ll collaborate closely with travelers, pilots, ground crews, maintenance, and internal teams to ensure every trip runs smoothly and safely. This position is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) at the Monett MO airport.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Arranges transportation, lodging, accommodations, and other travel services for passengers aboard business aircraft.
- Converses with employees to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, and accommodations required.
- Assists travelers with billing questions pertaining to their travel.
- Communicates pertinent information to employees and resolves any scheduling issues.
- Evaluates and makes decisions for business aircraft travel; updates and creates flight schedules, reviews weight and balance restrictions and FBO selections to schedule flights and resolves issues.
- Schedules pilots keeping in mind flight configuration and AMP restrictions, coordinates information concerning flight activity (delayed flights, weather issues and other issues) and communicates to flight crews, passengers and maintenance and line service as necessary.
- In this role you will work cross functionally with our commercial counselors.
- Able to make logical decisions in complex or time-sensitive situations.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a support or service‑oriented role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to frequent schedule changes, and handle time‑sensitive issues.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and a big‑picture mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including managing reservations and quality checks.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Corporate or business travel scheduling experience, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
- Experience with Professional Flight Management (PFM), Sabre, or similar travel/flight scheduling systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or Travel Agent certification.
- Familiarity with flight operations concepts (weight and balance, FBO selection, pilot scheduling).
- Interest or experience using AI or automation tools to improve efficiency.
