As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering (Salesforce) at Jack Henry, you’ll have the opportunity to drive innovation and build platforms that will help financial institutions innovate faster, differentiate strategically, and advocate for their members and communities. You’ll collaborate cross functionally with a diverse team of engineers, architects, leaders, product managers and customers to ensure we deliver high quality software that meets the needs of our users.
Our engineers manage cloud and/or on-prem solutions and are responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, implementing new features, resolving bugs, and fostering collaboration within the team. Successful engineers will have strong technical skills and effective grasp of software design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and testing methodologies. Depending on the product group areas you contribute to, you'll have the opportunity to code in various modern languages and leverage cutting edge tools such as Scala, C#, Java, Ruby, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Swagger/OpenAPI, Node.js, Redis, Postgres, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP) and more.

We are seeking a Salesforce Delivery Manager to join the Salesforce team that supports the transition to the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the technical team responsible for our Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds. The successful candidate has extensive experience with the Salesforce platform and is able to establish documented processes and standards for their team. They have outstanding leadership skills and ready to guide their team through the transition.
This is a remote position, but candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in: Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; and Springfield/Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
Salary range for this position is position is $123-180k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location,
What you'll be responsible for:
- Provide guidance, mentor, train, and delegate responsibilities to direct reports enabling their professional growth and development.
- Direct, design, and implement a comprehensive product management strategy for Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds from product definition and planning through production and release.
- Ensure that products meet specifications and quality goals.
- Manage accurate tracking of statistics of product adoption by customer base and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations.
- Serve as a SME within the user community (e.g., focus groups, ESP, customer fact finding, etc.)
- Review alpha and beta program definitions and oversee execution.
- Oversee a smooth turnover to implementation or support organizations.
- Provide resources for standard demonstrations, occasional participation in customer demonstrations, and to internal sales.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and enhancing Experience Cloud.
- Experience leading support teams through migration to Salesforce.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with pipeline management using Copado.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and delivering using Agile Methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Must have at least 1 current Salesforce certification.
- Ability to travel up to 15% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

- Current SAFe Certification.
