System Network Administrator II

Jack Henry is actively seeking a System Network Administrator to join a high‑performing, welcoming team that loves what they do and has fun doing it. This role blends network administration with broader system responsibilities and includes direct interaction with credit union clients for server upgrades, environment support, and troubleshooting. You’ll utilize cutting‑edge tools and technologies to analyze and resolve complex server, network, and customer issues in a fast‑paced environment. Success in this position requires an analytical mindset, adaptability, and the ability to provide effective solutions quickly. 

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $59,750-$74,750 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
