Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies. 

The target salary range is $71,000-$85,000, depending on candidate experience and location. This position can be worked remotely from within the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Manage Identity Lifecycle Management with Microsoft Active Directory (create accounts, assign permissions, delete accounts, and complete appropriate modifications for role changes).
  • Implement procedures and policies for identity and access management.
  • Understanding of IAM/PAM processes related to identity creation, deletions, vaulting and password management.
  • Creating and updating metrics, including automating data collection and aggregation.
  • Building automation, using Powershell, SQL, and Power Automate.
  • Foster strong partnerships within Jack Henry to implement security best practices.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives for internal and cloud-based data centers.
  • Participate in high-level projects that bolster our security posture and support innovative security solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams, contributing to strategy and execution of complex data challenges.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of internally reported issues.
  • May perform other job duties assigned. 

What you’ll need to have: 

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with Identity Lifecycle Management with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Strong scripting language skills with PowerShell required.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management tools (for example, Delinea Secret Server).
  • Experience with managing Windows Servers, including creating scheduled tasks and updating SSL certificates.
  • Ability to generate and interpret metrics and reports.
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, and other industry frameworks.
  • Certifications (CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience using SQL to insert/update, create/update Stored Procedures
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Grafana, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle and strong documentation skills.
