Senior Risk Analyst - Client Due Diligence & Compliance Documentation

Our Corporate Risk and Compliance team is seeking a talented individual to take the lead on client due diligence and compliance documentation. This individual will assist our customers in preparing for their audits and controls testing, providing communication on how Jack Henry keeps them safe and in compliance. As our team grows and the volume and complexity of work in this area increase, this individual will play a crucial role. This is a highly collaborative role, and individuals will need to work closely with colleagues in different departments across Jack Henry and maintain excellent communication with clients.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office location or remotely from any US location. Salary range for this position is $62-95k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Ensure Documentation Quality: Maintain accurate, consistent, and complete due diligence documentation in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI) and internal standards.
  • Process Improvements: Implement enhancements to the due diligence process to improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of customer-facing documentation.
  • Track and Update Requests: Monitor the status of due diligence requests, provide updates to senior management, and regularly review documentation to reflect policy or certification changes.
  • Primary Customer Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing requests promptly while coordinating with internal teams (Information Security, Compliance, Legal) to ensure aligned responses.
  • Vendor Risk Assessments: Participate in periodic risk assessments of third-party vendors to ensure ongoing compliance with company standards as part of the TPRM program.
  • Evaluate and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential gaps between customer requirements and the company’s risk management policies, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay Current with Industry Standards: Keep up to date on regulations and best practices related to risk management, data security, and due diligence.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training for internal teams and new employees on due diligence processes and risk management best practices.
  • Centralized Repository Management: Oversee a centralized repository of due diligence documents to ensure they are current and accessible.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of combined experience in any or all of the following: corporate policy, compliance, or governance; risk management; information security; and/or audit.
  • Experience with third party risk management.
  • Experience working in-house within a heavily regulated industry (e.g. finance, healthcare, government, defense).
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for team meetings and client site visits.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP) or similar risk management certification preferred.
