Senior Business Analyst : Item Processing / Print Fulfillment

We are seeking a detail-oriented, project-minded professional to join our Outlink Item Processing (IP) and Print Center team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will manage multiple projects for the IP/Print teams and customers. You will be working on multiple projects that typically last 3-12 months at a time. You will be responsible for gathering operational information that is needed to ensure all components are in place and tested. You will collaborate with multiple resources both internally and (sometimes) externally to ensure that all aspects of the projects are accounted for.
This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States and may travel up to 10% of the time.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as a leader and resource for OutLink IP/Print Team Members.
- Serve as the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) coordinator for IP and Print Operations team.
- Establish guidelines and time frames to ensure successful project execution. Taking responsibility and authority to ensure a successful project execution.
- Making sure that milestones are met, monitoring all phases of projects, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborating with project managers and internal Business Units for coordination on various projects.
- Possibly training less experienced team members. May reinforce training to customers or provide guidance in training customer personnel.
- Schedule and determine scope of projects.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Must have at least 6 years of experience in Item Processing and/or Print Fulfillment, in a technical and/or operations role.
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of Item Processing and/or Print Fulfillment.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Previous experience working with Jack Henry’s 4|sight Check Imaging product.
- Previous experience other Jack Henry products.
- Data Center operation experience
- Technical Application support experience.
- Previous experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
