What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Sales applications.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and clear, concise test scripts tailored to Salesforce implementations. Defines comprehensive scenarios and variations in data to adequately perform testing.
  • Schedules and performs functional, integration, regression, and release testing; submits errors and issues to development for correction, and retests once errors have been corrected.  Reports test results and status as appropriate.  Tracks defects and causal analysis to closure.  May review and certify test results of other analysts and testers.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and validate requirements and specifications.
  • Interacts with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and development teams to identify and refine test requirements. 
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have: 

  • Minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Experience testing Salesforce applications.
  • A minimum of 10% travel is required. 

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization.  Works on moderately complex and diverse projects.  Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Experience working on CPQ/CLM projects.
  • Experience testing (manual) Salesforce Projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Copado, or other relevant frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of test design and testing methodologies.
