People Operations and Process Improvement Advisor

The People Operations and Process Improvement Advisor works independently while focusing on leading special projects and driving process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing how work gets done.
This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leads specific process improvement initiatives within P&C and people operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyzes current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Benchmarks best practices and implements data-driven solutions that improves operational outcomes.
- Develops and maintains process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow maps.
- Coordinates cross-functional collaboration to implement P&C initiatives that support business objectives and improves employee experience.
- Tracks key performance indicators related to process improvements and project outcomes for specific projects.
- Applies change management principles to ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
- Facilitates communication and stakeholder engagement throughout applicable project lifecycles.
- Supports training and knowledge transfer initiatives related to applicable process improvements.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder relationships across the P&C team and the business as appropriate to support initiatives and business needs.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 9 years of human resources experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience using project management tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow optimization tools.
- Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of change management principles and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to align process improvements with broader business objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively across departments
