The Payments Installation Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the efforts of a team of Payments Implementation Coordinators. Responsible for the successful implementation of Jack Henry's SmartPay product suite, this supervisor ensures that projects are completed with the highest quality standards. With a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry, the Payments Implementation Coordinator Supervisor fosters a collaborative and productive environment that drives seamless integration of SmartPay solutions for our valued clients.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to a team of Payments Implementation Coordinators, ensuring the effective implementation of SmartPay solutions across various financial institutions.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying potential challenges early on and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluations, recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure that SmartPay solutions remain relevant and compliant.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, documentation, and training materials to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future implementation projects.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or financial institution management.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of professionals towards achieving shared goals.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry and payments processing preferred
