Marketing Web Developer, Senior

This position can be worked remotely throughout the U.S. 

The salary for this role is 100-110k and will be decided by the hiring manager. 

What you’ll be responsible for: 

• Write and maintain modern code following industry-leading best practices 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration 
• Continuous improvement of our web and digital experiences 
• UX Strategy and Design 
• Project Leadership & Task Management 
• Monitoring performance and suggesting optimizations 
• May perform other job duties as assigned.  

What you’ll need to have: 

• Minimum of 8 years of strategic and technical experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or SalesForce). 
• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. 
• Proven ability to manage completing priorities and resolve complex issues. 

What would be nice for you to have: 

• In-depth Platform Knowledge & Technical Skills: 

1. HubSpot: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM/CMS development, including custom modules, templates, HubL, serverless functions, objects, automations, workflows, lists, personalization, dynamic content. 
2. Salesforce: Expertise in Salesforce front-end development, specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (like SOQL, SOSL, REST, SOAP) for integrations is also important. 

• Strong Frontend Development Fundamentals: 

1. HTML, CSS, & JavaScript Mastery: A solid foundation in core web technologies is essential for building visually appealing, responsive, and functional interfaces on both platforms. 
2. Responsive Design & Accessibility: Implementing responsive design principles using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap is vital for ensuring optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Should also be skilled in building accessible interfaces that meet WCAG standards. 
3. Modern Frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue): Experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js demonstrates a broader understanding of front-end best practices and can be valuable for building complex interfaces or integrations. 
4. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio 

• Strong UX Strategy & Design: 

1. Research & Testing: Leaning on behavioral mapping and multi-variant testing to improve and enhance web experiences. 
2. Wireframes, Prototypes, and Design: Leveraging Figma and/or Sketch for creating intuitive, conversion-driven experiences. 

• Problem-Solving & Analytical Abilities: 

1. Troubleshooting & Debugging: The ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues within the platform's constraints and complexities. 
2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing data, like marketing campaign performance in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM data, to optimize user experience and drive business goals. 
3. Strategic Thinking: contribute to high-level strategy for how features are built and integrated within the platform ecosystem. 

• Collaboration & Communication Skills: 

1. Cross-functional Teamwork: The role involves working closely with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, marketers, and sales teams to translate requirements into effective solutions. 
2. Project Management: This role includes multi-level projects, timelines, and collaborative functional tasks and timelines, managed through WorkFront. 
3. Clear Technical Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to collaborate effectively with technical team members is essential. 
4. Code Review & Mentorship: Senior developers are expected to review code, ensure quality, and mentor junior developers. 

• Continuous Learning & Adaptability: 

1. Staying Current: The web development landscape and platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce are constantly evolving, requiring a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new features and technologies. 
2. Adopting New Technologies: Openness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new languages, frameworks, tools, and methodologies are vital for long-term success. 
3. Salesforce & HubSpot Certifications: Pursuing certifications like Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer or HubSpot Developer Certifications can further demonstrate expertise and commitment to the platforms.
