We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Information and Cyber Security team. This is a pivotal role that focuses on the development, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to support our security programs and broader organizational goals. As part of the Performance & Strategy Group (PSG), this position will play an essential role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions within the CISO office.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from various sources, creating meaningful dashboards, and developing reports that support informed decision-making across the organization. This individual will work closely with leadership, business units, and various teams to ensure that data and metrics are aligned with security strategies, goals, and compliance requirements.

This position can be based to work out of any Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Travel may be up to 5% for team meetings, conferences, and training events. Salary range for this position is $65-100k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Collect, analyze, and visualize security data from various sources to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and scorecards, ensuring real-time visibility into security performance, risk management, and compliance metrics.
  • Work with various departments within the CISO office to identify, define, and track relevant metrics that align with operational and strategic goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that help leadership improve security program effectiveness, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  •  Support the development and automation of processes for data collection, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations for senior leadership that communicate the performance and status of security initiatives.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data and the delivery of high-quality reports to key stakeholders.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in any or all of the following: Data reporting, analytics, business intelligence. 
  • A minimum of 2 years working in information and/or cybersecurity teams.
  • Professional experience using any of the following: PowerBI, Python, SharePoint, or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics including data management, data analysis and information systems.

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Strong experience with data tools in support of automation, data extraction, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Experience with security metrics, compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS), and data security tools 
  • Familiarity with data automation and API integrations for security reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of information security as it applies to and impacts the organization.
  • Project-based work and familiarity with project coordination and program evaluation.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Leadership, organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
