The Fintech Alliances Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with external fintech vendors, supporting the company’s commitment to fostering an open ecosystem. Acting as the primary point of contact for these partnerships, this individual will oversee contract reviews, conduct quarterly business evaluations, and collaborate with vendors to promote mutual strategic goals. This role also involves analyzing program trends, evaluating potential co-marketing opportunities, and assessing the financial and market impact of alliances. The Fintech Alliances Manager position is central to Jack Henry’s mission of working collaboratively with other financial technology companies to drive innovation and enhance digital banking and payments solutions.

This is a remote position, and candidates can be located throughout the U.S.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Identifies and develops strategic fintech alliances and relationship programs with outside vendors.
  • Acts as the single point of contact for Jack Henry relationships by managing existing vendors, reviewing contracts and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management. 
  • Assists in the evaluation of companies or products for marketing agreements or co-promotion.
  • Works toward mutual goals and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. 
  • Provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. 
  • Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum 6 years of financial technology experience specifically with a focus on sales or managing strategic partnerships with other fintech companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 20% travel required.
