Jack Henry Digital is the fastest growing division of Jack Henry, a highly profitable $1.5Billion publicly traded company servicing Financial IT and Payments markets. The Jack Henry Digital Strategic Alliances team is a division level sales organization responsible for developing and expanding sales channels for 100 different products and services.
The primary responsibility of this position is the business development of Jack Henry’s Digital Experience Group. The Account Manager will be responsible for the execution of all digital product sales in the assigned territory. The Account Manager will also be responsible for working with the internal JH sales executives and product teams.
This is a remote position, and candidates can be located throughout the U.S.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Meet or exceed outlined sales objectives including: revenue objectives, prospect generation, proposals, along with other criteria designated by management.
- Organize and maintain contact information to facilitate communication during sales cycle within Salesforce.com.
- Partner with internal resources for client satisfaction with contracting, implementation, production, payment operations, product & related services.
- Work with internal departments and Product Sales Specialist to complete RFP/RFI’s where the offered products are related/requested.
- Ability to give live demonstrations of the JH Digital product to current customers, prospects, and partner prospects.
- Communicate sales activity, development and industry trends to senior management in an efficient and effective manner.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or customer service experience relating to digital products.
- Required travel – 50%.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Experience giving detailed product presentations and demonstrations of online banking and mobile banking products.
- Experience working with all levels and assets size financial institutions (banks and credit unions).
- Experience with Salesforce.com.
- Successful track record of selling online banking to the bank and credit union market is essential.
- Must have the ability to articulate complex technical information to both internal and external customers with various levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to present and address products in a virtual and live sales environment.
- Ability to sell the value proposition of features and benefits.
- Ability to work closely with internal product teams and peer sales teams.
