We are actively seeking an Account Manager to join Jack Henry’s Credit Union Solutions sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with both internal and external leaders and has a strong sales and account management track record. We are looking for a candidate who will manage partnerships with our largest credit union clients across the US, expand relationships and sell our innovative solutions. For this position, we are seeking a person with a strong understanding of sales, large account management and  deep experience of the credit union industry. This position will receive on the job training with Account Managers and other key resources inside of the organization as they begin to learn the role, JH products, and our culture. 

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.  

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Build and nurture consultative relationships across assigned clients. Sell products and services to customers to meet client goals/needs, and to ensure 100% client retention and referenceable clients in assigned territory.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the client to resolve any issues and be the communication channel that internal teams use to handle any concerns with the client.
  • Develop plans to sell strategic products in assigned territory.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned. 

What you’ll need to have:

  • 5 years of financial technology sales experience across various products and platforms and/or senior leadership position within a credit union or bank.  
  • Salesforce experience. 
  • 50% travel required.
  • Ability to manage complex sales with cross-organizational impact.
  • Experience with a team selling approach.
  • Comfortable presenting to and communicating with a broad audience, especially to executive-level management.
  • Strong relationship skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Knowledge of Symitar’s core processing platform or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of solutions in the following areas: digital banking, card processing, payments, business intelligence, cloud services, lending, information technology and security, financial crimes and risk mitigation.  
  • Broad understanding of the use of technology in business processes within a credit union.
