Senior Financial Systems Analyst : OneStream

This position will oversee a wide range of activities, mostly within the OneStream planning platform. The position will be the primary point of contact for user inquiries and system troubleshooting. You will also work through meta data management, system reconciliation, assigning and testing security roles, and maintaining process scheduling and deadlines. This role may have some duties outside of the OneStream platform such as data validation and other processes as assigned.

This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite approximately 1 day week. The role can be filled to work at any one of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO / Springfield, MO/ Allen, TX or Lenexa, KS.

Salary range for this position is $78,585 - $115,000 depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for: 

• OneStream Functional Administration: process scheduling and deadlines, maintaining hierarchies, meta data management, system troubleshooting, (internal) customer service, system reconciliation, security access, testing of new developments, supporting ERP & planning platform transition, end-user training Financial liaison: communication with FP&A team, OneStream Technical team, Internal Reporting
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with financial forecast and budget planning. 
• Professional work experience utilizing OneStream
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend Jack Henry meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
• Need to be able to make an occasional day trip or overnight travel to support business needs.  
• Must be able to support and potentially work 1 night a month to ensure forecasting is completed. 

What would be nice for you to have: 

• OneStream data management experience. 
• OneStream hierarchy and security management experience. 
• ERP and planning platform transition experience.
