IT Asset Analyst III

Our IT Service Management department is excited to announce two openings for experienced IT Asset Analysts, driven by the growth of our dynamic team at Jack Henry. This unique team plays a pivotal role in managing three key components of asset management: software portfolios, software compliance, and hardware. Responsibilities include inventory management, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management. One analyst will specialize in hardware, while the other will focus on software, both requiring strong expertise in compliance requirements and regulations. 

These operationally focused roles offer the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to local offices in the Kansas City MO area, Southwest Missouri area, or Louisville KY area. 

The targeted salary for these positions ranges from $64,297 to $96,445, with compensation based on geographic location and determined by the hiring manager. Join us and be part of a team that makes a significant impact!

What you'll be responsible for: 

• Executes documented processes to achieve defined objectives and outcomes of the ITSM Practices.
• Provides feedback, insight, and solutions into the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, teams, tools, and partners.
• Reviews and updates practice documentation as authorized.
• Utilizes ITSM tools and technologies in the execution of practice processes.
• May participate in on-call rotations as appropriate for the practice being managed. 
• Engage with Service Owners, Product Teams, and Business Leaders as appropriate. 
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders as appropriate.
• Record, track, and review KPI’s and metrics related to the performance of the practice. 
• May assist in training peers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have: 

• A minimum of 4 years in operational support roles including help desk, technical support, IT asset management, and IT Service management.
• Proficiency in the ITIL framework.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, for data recording and analysis.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings, training sessions, and conferences.

What would be nice for you to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, computer science.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CHAMP, CSAM, or CITANP.
