About The Program
This is a 10-week program that begins June 3, 2019. This is a paid opportunity where a college student learns through application. JHA interns are fully immersed in the day to day activities of the business unit they are working in. Throughout the duration of the program, students will build upon their current skillsets and work in a collaborative environment while learning from subject matter experts across the organization. JHA Corporate Interns will participate in projects and company objectives that will result in creative solutions that inspire innovation both at JHA and across the FinTech industry.
The program kicks off with an orientation that will allow students to learn more about JHA’s award-winning company culture and three brands – Jack Henry Banking, Symitar, and ProfitStars. The internship will end with a trip to the corporate headquarters and a student led presentation. This presentation is an opportunity for all interns to showcase their internship experience with other JHA Associate’s.

Internship Description
The CPS Settlement team is responsible for monthly billing and ATM, Debit card, and pre-paid card funds settlement and reconcilement. This team works closely with internal teams to support CPS products and services.
Jack Henry & Associates’ Card Processing Solutions is a strategic component of JHA Payment Solutions. Card Processing Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of ATM, debit, and credit card transaction processing as well as card and ATM management solutions that are fully integrated with core systems provided by Jack Henry Banking® and Symitar® as well as related complementary solutions. This integrated approach generates the material operating efficiencies and seamless transaction processing only available in a tightly integrated processing environment. 

The CPS Billing and Settlement team is seeking a data-driven student for their Summer 2019 internship. A qualified candidate will work with this group to audit billing products and services using contracts and various data sources. Through cross-collaboration, a student will be working with various groups to document the audit process and assist in the development of a proofing model as the department migrates over to various innovative platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
Students Must:
Attend an accredited college or university.
Pursue a bachelor’s degree or higher in: Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Insurance, Risk Management & Insurance, or Financial Services Management
Have a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Remain in good academic standing throughout internship.
Meet JHA employment requirements.
Be able to work up to 40 hours per week throughout the summer internship.
Be able to travel 25% of the time.
Be a junior or senior student (sophomore year completed) at the beginning of internship.
Meet legal requirements to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time.
