Job Description

Jack Henry is seeking a Product Adoption Manager for the Birmingham, AL location.


The position is located in the jXchange Continuing Development  department.  Position will manage the activities of teams who work directly with product groups to understand how their products should be developed towards JHA’s enterprise services.  These activities involve three types of product customers:  JHA customers, Internal Products and Third Party Vendor products to Jack Henry & Associates.  The candidate should be well versed in work activity management, backlog management, problem solving, and technical/integration proficiency.


  • Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in software industry


  • Understanding of multiple development platforms such as Java and .NET
  • Prior experience in a integration service role


  • Oversees work that is done in conjunction with product development groups to complete product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
  • Creates required technical documentation.
  • Supports internal and third party groups by explaining product behaviors, introduces groups to the integration vision, and assists developers in understanding how to code to enterprise services.
  • Creates coding and integration examples for product groups working to consume enterprise services.
  • Adheres to documented enterprise and corporate standards. Defines and documents standards.
  • Identifies new and prospective product groups and works to incorporate them into the enterprise integration strategy.
  • Acts as project lead on more complex integration solutions
