We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Manager III to join our growing PayCenter team. As a product manager you will be vital to the success of PayCenter. You will be responsible for strategizing, documenting, coordinating, and managing product maintenance and updates. You will own the product strategy, specify its requirements, and manage feature releases across cross-functional teams. You will partner with clients and other cross functional teams within PayCenter. You will work in an agile/scrum environment, on complex payment applications. This position can be worked remotely from the United States.
What you’ll be responsible for:
•Identifying opportunities to enhance our PayCenter product and reports based on client. feedback, mandates and feedback from internal team and translating those into requirements for development teams.
•Creating, managing, and prioritizing backlog requirements and delivery timelines.
•Documenting release updates to clients.
•Researching and identifying opportunities for fraud mitigation.
•Documenting use cases and workflows for development teams.
•Developing client documentation and training to support adoption of new product features and functionality.
•Performing other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a product owner or in a product marketing role in the payments or banking industry.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience researching and documenting market and product requirements.
•Experience collaborating across cross-functional team.
What would be nice for you to have:
•Domain, financial technology (FinTech), and payments industry experience.
•Experience with Azure backlogs and requirements.
•Business Process Modeling Notation using Visio.
•Awareness of business issues as they impact overall project plans.
•Research, analysis, and problem resolution with strong critical thinking capabilities.
