As a Corporate Technical Instructor, you will educate customers and employees about Jack Henry solutions. Using your engaging speaking style and excellent listening skills, you will deliver training in both live and virtual environments. You will work with instructional designers to help create and deliver useful training that supports our customers in using our solutions more successfully.

This position can be based out of our Allen, TX office, San Diego, CA office, either of our SW Missouri offices or remote throughout the U.S.

What you'll be responsible for: 

  • Conducts technical training courses for customers and employees about various products, using effective methods such as classroom training and lectures, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, teleconferences, workshops, and online virtual classroom tools, such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and WebEx labs.
  • Develops testing and evaluation procedures. Identifies training needs of the organization and customers based on these evaluation procedures.
  • Analyzes training needs and work with instructional designers to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. Reviews and evaluates training programs for compliance with industry standards.
  • Works with technical support to ensure that course material and content reflects current product features.
  • May develop and organize training manuals, visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have: 

  • 5 years of lending experience at a bank or credit union.
  • Experience providing software training or demonstrating software or other technical products.
  • 20% travel required.

What would be nice for you to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Symitar experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
