Jack Henry is hiring a Business Analyst II to join our Ovation Enterprise Service team. If you are interested in using your banking and analytical skills in a fast-paced department, this position may be the perfect opportunity for you! The Ovation Enterprise Services team is a provider of internal integrated environments across a broad spectrum of user groups. The position will focus on the operation and support of 10 Ovation Banks in the Jack Henry network. Operations and support include using SilverLake, CIF 2020 and Core Director systems along with all applicable complimentary products. The Analyst will work directly with the Sales and Knowledge Enablement Teams, assist with transactions, scenarios, bank copies, release upgrades, support testing and daily operation reviews.
This position requires a flexible work schedule to meet ongoing responsibilities but may be worked remotely within the U.S. This position also requires travel for a least 2 team meetings a year.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Researches, analyzes, creates, and maintains applicable Policies & Procedures.
- Provides frontline support for the sales and internal education teams.
- Troubleshoots and repairs customer product complaints.
- Tests release upgrades and fixes to ensure quality.
- Provides operations support for various interfaces.
- Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in back office operations, software implementation or software technical support from a financial institution or FinTech.
- Experience with any Jack Henry Core system or Complementary product.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry.
- Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of JH Solutions and operations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to plan, manage/facilitate, collect, analyze, summarize, and present data in order to support business decisions and solve business problems.
- Able to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
