It is critical that our implementation and support associates can successfully and swiftly address issues within service level agreements and have proactive involvement in project timelines will directly contribute to our team's efficiency and our clients' satisfaction. Applications Trainer III

Under general supervision, designs and delivers training on software applications and services to both customers and employees. Training includes continuing education for users seeking to deepen their knowledge, as well as instruction for those undergoing product installation or conversion. Courses and workshops may be conducted at customer locations, via Microsoft Teams, in hands-on labs, or at a JHA facility.
This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY, Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Designs and delivers engaging training courses on JHA software and services for both internal employees and external customers.
- Prepares and coordinates training sessions by setting up rooms and equipment, installing required software, and managing participant enrollment.
- Actively expands knowledge of JHA products, services, and current training methodologies to ensure instructional relevance and effectiveness.
- Participates in peer reviews and accepts feedback to continuously improve instructional delivery and classroom engagement.
- Follows up with customers post-training to address outstanding questions or provide additional resources as needed.
- Contributes to the development and refinement of training materials based on participant feedback and evolving customer needs.
- Acts as knowledge partner for customers during and after initial implementation and offers ongoing educational support.
- Supports, trains, and assists less experienced peers.
- May participate in user conferences.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software applications training, technical product support or implementation.
- Experience in a financial institution or fin-tech.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.
- Excellent knowledge of 4|sight.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital-based training tools, and tutorial-building software.
- Able to deliver software applications training.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities or deadlines.
- Strong communication, customer interaction, project management, and public speaking skills.
