Are you someone that has a passion for maintenance, construction projects and workplace improvements? If this sounds like you, then the Corporate Facilities Group at Jack Henry & Associates is looking to hire a Facilities Specialist. This candidate will be the sole support for the Allen, TX office (2 buildings) but will be part of a small team who work in various Jack Henry locations. We are seeking a hardworking, detail orientated candidate who likes working on a team, but yet can complete projects on your own. You must be willing to handle small help desk tickets such as changing out a light bulb to handling large scale projects such as construction and data center management activities. This is much more than just a maintenance role but a blend of project management and facilities maintenance.
A typical day may include; assigning, working and closing helpdesk cases that involve anything from light bulb changes to HVAC and preventative workplace issues; coordination with other JHA departments and outside vendors; working with JHA build systems such as AutoCAD and CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management); coordinating overnight preventative maintenance; and other various assignments. The individual that is selected must be able to be on-call 24/7, work Monday – Friday and after hours or weekends as needed.
