Jack Henry & Associates is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our Ensenta team in Redwood City, CA. In this role, you be responsible for the project management for implementations of new financial institutions onto our web-based SAAS platform (EZAdmin). Additionally, you will assist in the roll out of new product functionalities to existing financial institutions. As the primary point of contact for our Financial Institutions during implementations and integrations, the ideal applicant must have strong communication skills and the proven ability to lead and organize projects. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast paced environment and be competent in dealing with time sensitive requests.

  • Must have 1 year of experience working in one or more of the following: Project Management or Coordination, Payments, Web Development or Technical Support.


  • Associates or Bachelor degree. 
  • Experience with Web development- XML and HTML.
  • Experience working within a SAAS environment.
  • Prior experience with project management or coordination. 
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Prior experience with JHA products.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project.


  • Prepares customer for implementation by setting up front expectations.  Conducts readiness reviews, ensuring all aspects of setup are complete.  Drives the implementation through to completion.
  • Establishes guidelines/time-frames to ensure a successful installation.  Ensures milestones are met.  Monitors all phases of the installation and escalates issues when necessary.  May interact with other JHA installation teams.
  • Exercises the responsibility and authority to take steps to ensure a successful installation.
  • Logs communications with customers and other JHA installation teams for historical archival.
  • May train installation team personnel. 
  • May participate in new release activities.
