We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager. This individual will provide HR leadership, operational support and an exceptional partnership to our Finance and Sales and Marketing functions by consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of human resource issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.  This role will support the Human Resources Business Partner and build strong relationships with these growing teams. 

A successful candidate for this position will come with a consistent and concise communication style, mastery of  PowerPoint, and Excel, a solid HR background and a passion for working on a progressive team that is focused on the business goals and success of the organization. They will be disciplined and an open learner. Key skills and abilities include listening, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving across all levels of the organization.

The  candidate will also have experience managing complex projects, as well as owning HR responsibilities related to: employee advocacy programs; workplace investigations and managing employee performance programs.  As this position can be located anywhere in the United States, experience working remotely or in a non-traditional office setting is highly preferred.  The position ideally will be located in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Denver CO, or Remote.


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 6 years' of experience in human resources.


  • Master’s degree.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.


  • Builds a strong business relationship with assigned business areas, acting as the primary point of the contact for the managers in the business unit.
  • Responsible for all employee relations activities including, but not limited to: conducting workplace investigations, managing employee advocacy programs and maintain strong connections with the workforce.
  • Proactively addresses and responds to organizational development issues by assessing performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning.
  • Provides expertise and support, ensuring that change management activities within the business that have associate impact are managed in a timely, professional and lawful manner and that communications regarding change are clear, concise and consistent.
  • Assesses and diagnoses organizational situations, ensuring alignment of business goals with organizational designs and development or recommendation of solutions.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • May identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
