Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Digital Analyst to join iPay Solutions, a Jack Henry division, to participate in the technical design and implementation of digital marketing materials that promote our payment products and services.  This position is an integral part of our digital marketing team that will help us reach subscriber growth and conversion through automated campaigns that drive engagement and generate revenue across our organization.  In this role, responsibilities will include all phases of the email campaign process: creative concept, data structure and management, testing, deployment and post campaign analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or technical support.
  • Must have experience in digital and email marketing. 


  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing or similar email marketing platform.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, database marketing concepts, formulas and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of HTML. 
  • Ability to present to clients in person or via webinar in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage details of multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Manage email campaigns on behalf of clients, including management of email lists, testing, and execution.
  • Responsible for conducting end-to-end testing to ensure successful campaign deployment.
  • Knowledgeable of coding requirements for email and landing page creation.
  • Responsible for marketing automation, triggered campaigns, customer segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Provide key metrics for email campaigns, including open, clicks, conversion and profitability metrics.
  • Provide analyses on the performance of campaigns and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Work with appropriate data sources or groups to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate financial institutions on our marketing materials and products.
