We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This individual will provide HR leadership, operational support and an exceptional partnership to our Symitar group by consulting with employees and managers to address root causes of human resource issues and resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. This role will support the Human Resources Business Partner and build strong relationships with these growing teams.
A successful candidate for this position will come with a consistent and concise communication style, mastery of PowerPoint, and Excel, a solid HR background and a passion for working on a progressive team that is focused on the business goals and success of the organization. They will be disciplined and an open learner. Key skills and abilities include listening, coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, process development, analysis and problem solving across all levels of the organization.
The candidate will also have experience managing complex projects, as well as owning HR responsibilities related to: employee advocacy programs; workplace investigations and managing employee performance programs.
This position can be located in Springfield or Monett, MO
