Job Description

Jack Henry & Associates is seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Ensenta team in Redwood City, CA. In this role, you be responsible for troubleshooting client issues through the implementation of new financial institutions onto our web-based SAAS platform (EZAdmin). As the Applications Analyst, you will become an expert in our SAAS platform and be expected to train internal teams and external clients on the features of such platform. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be competent in dealing with time sensitive requests and have the ability to learn a complex application.

  • Must have 1 year of experience working in one or more of the following: working with a SAAS Platform, Web Development, Engineering, Software Implementations or Technical Support.


  • Associates or Bachelor degree. 
  • Ability to learn web-based software quickly.
  • Experience with Web development- XML and HTML.
  • Experience working within a SAAS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Prior experience with JHA products.
  • Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project.


  • Provides remote or on-site software installation services.  Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional.
  • Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers’ existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JHA product.
  • Consults with customers to define parameters within the software application.
  • Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
  • Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel. 
  • Notifies appropriate personnel of any application issues.
  • Interacts with Project Manager on various issues.
  • May assist customers in validating accurate conversion of all data.
  • May analyze transaction processing.
  • Mentors and provides training to employees.
