Gladiator Technology a ProfitStars solution is a recognized leader in providing network and information security services exclusively to financial institutions. Gladiator provides comprehensive services that include around-the-clock management, correlation, and monitoring of multiple security layers specifically designed and developed for financial institutions to safeguard information assets, IT infrastructures, and business continuity by identifying and addressing internal and external security breaches. Gladiator is seeking an Network Security Engineer Manager to join our Security Operations Center team. This position will only be filled out of Springfield, MO and or Alpharetta, GA. Travel may be up to 10% to meet employees, attend meetings and you may potentially attend a professional conference.
The environment you will be managing includes: Cisco, SonicWall and Fortinet firewall platforms. In addition to monitoring security events of these platforms, you will also be responsible for providing security monitoring for Windows/Active Directory related events. The last piece of the monitoring services, would include fraud protection and alerting on our core and internet banking products. The Manager we are looking for should possess strong interpersonal skills and have strengths in motivating their team as you will provide development and training to your staff of 12 employees.
