Job Description

The Account Executive has overall account responsibility for the ongoing sales business relationship with existing clients. Primary responsibilities include the sale of JHA Products and Services, account management, and client satisfaction initiatives. Must be able to work as a team leader to determine the best JHA resources to be utilized to manage an existing customer sales campaign. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years’ of sales experience. 


  • Latitude for independent judgment.
  • The ability to propose, present and contract JHA Products and Services
  • Experience and familiarity of Jack Henry products and line of business. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer interactions in various account situations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite


  • On-site sales calls to existing JHA clients promoting assigned JHA Products and Services
  • Territory and account plan development to ensure annual sales plan objectives are achieved.
  • Administrative and Account responsibilities including forecasting, opportunity management, product education as well as client liaison during any problem escalation.
