Are you someone who enjoys working as an analyst with emphasis in security and collaborating with internal and external customers?  If so, this position might be great for you!  The OutLink Audit & Security group is seeking to hire a seasoned Audit Support Analyst for their growing team. This department is responsible for providing security monitoring, as well as audit and regulatory governance for the OutLink Data Centers throughout the US.  In this role, candidates will handle security monitoring, providing audit compliance with company policies and oversight to the data centers, including best practices, driving remediation and audit activity coordination. This role works extensively with internal and external auditors providing overall audit support.  Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with third party security software and or/security best practices.

  • Minimum of 5 years of security audit experience.
  • Must have experience with security best practices in one of the following areas; iSeries, AIX or Windows platform.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Experience with third-party security software (i.e. Enforcive) highly preferred.
  • Experience with Excel (pivot tables) preferred. 
  • Experience with SOC Compliance 1 and 2 audits highly preferred. 


  • Conducts moderately complex to complex internal systems and operations audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with departmental and corporate policies.
  • Tracks department issues to ensure issue is resolved and documents results for future audit exposure and internal controls.
  • Prepares audit guidelines and understands the specific issues to be evaluated.
  • Prepares reports on audit findings and recommends improvements in policies, procedures, and internal controls, and works with department personnel to establish the appropriate internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Evaluates internal controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation of policies and procedures in order to adhere to regulations and internal processes.
  • Tests and documents computer system records for integrity and accuracy and reports discrepancies.
  • Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to management and regulatory compliance agencies, if applicable and makes recommendations as appropriate.
  • Assists outside auditors in audits of company operations, and facilitates work of external auditors during on-site visits.
