If so, this role might be for you!  Jack Henry & Associates is seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager who will support internal company-wide initiatives, while working with our Core Banking Project team on Implementations. In this exciting role, candidates will plan and execute core implementation projects and process improvement projects. This position can be worked from the following locations:

  • REMOTE (this team is 90% remote)
  • Springfield, MO
  • Monett, MO
  • Allen, TX
  • Lenexa, KS
  • Charlotte, NC


  • Minimum of 5 years of managing projects within the financial services industry.


  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Certifications a big plus (PMI – ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or other Agile frameworks.)
  • Experience utilizing all phases of a project’s lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing projects.


  • Coordinates and monitors field support projects from initiation through delivery.  
  • Serves as liaison between the company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
  • Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule.
  • Creates, updates and maintains all implementation calendars.
  • Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution.
  • Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Assists in the creation of standard templates for project management deliverables.
  • Provides mentoring and support to other project managers in dealing with project management issues for assigned projects.
